Eugene Skeen

Eugene "Manny" Manley Skeen, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the age of 52. Manny was born in San Diego, CA, the son of James C. Skeen and Janice E. (Wheat) Muth. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sisters Anna Woolrich, Sabrina English, and Raye Skeen, his brothers Glenn Skeen and Jay Skeen, and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
