Frances Lincicome

GROVE, OKLAHOMA: Frances Lucille Lincicome, 89, died July 9, 2007 at the Grove Nursing Center in Grove Oklahoma. Frances was born May 20, 1918 to Wilbur Henry and Bessie Elizabeth (Mumford) Hedrick in Robison Illinois. Frances married Lealand Clay Lincicome on December 26, 1934 in Wichita Kansas. They were married 67 years. Lealand preceded Frances in death May 5, 2001. Frances lived in Wichita Kansas all her married life until moving to Grove in 1992. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and fellowship class. Mrs. Lincicome was part owner of Strick-Lin Beauty Salon during the 1960's in Wichita. Francis loved to sew and enjoyed making clothing for her family. She always remembered all her family and friends with greeting cards on all occasions. Francis will be remembered for her caring and generosity and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Frances is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Ott and her husband Bobby of Grove Oklahoma and Patricia Diane Parke of Wichita Kansas. She leaves behind five grandchildren, Keith S. Anderson, Timarie McKinney and her husband Jeff, Cherlyn Clare and her husband Hugh, Tina Schroeder and Victor Ott, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. There will be a visitation for family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at the Ellis Family Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2007 at White Chapel Cemetery in Wichita Kansas with Dennis Wallace officiating.
