John Nottingham

John Warren Nottingham, age 52, died Monday, November 24, 2008 at his residence in Grove Oklahoma. John was born on December 19, 1955 to Mark Clint Nottingham and Nancy J. Brown Tillman at the U.S. Naval hospital in Corona California. He was a 1974 Grove High School graduate. John proudly served in the United States Army as SP4 from 1977 until 1980. He later received an Associates degree from Northeast Oklahoma A&M. in Miami, Oklahoma, and also received a degree in 2004 from the California Computer College in Upland California. John moved back to Grove, Oklahoma in 2004 to be close to his family. John was preceded in death by his parents and his step father Max Tillman, and one brother Mark Christopher Nottingham. He is survived by his brother Max Tillman of Grove, Oklahoma and his sister Michele (Tillman) Keller of Overland Park, Kansas, seven nieces and nephews Marcus Tillman, Lee Tillman, Max Joseph Tillman Christina Nottingham, Lindsey Nottingham, Ethan Keller, Gabriella Keller and great niece Alana Nottingham. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at the Ellis Family Funeral Home Chapel in Grove, Oklahoma with Noland Scarberry officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Grove Ritual Team. Memorial donations can be made to the Grove Disabled Veterans Association #19.
