Linda L. Messenger, 66, Wyandotte area resident and Co-owner of Frosty's Glass in Grove, died May 2, 2014 in Joplin, Missouri. She was born in Lost Creek, West Virginia to her parents, Carias Leslie and Ellen Lela (Cooper) Messenger. Linda enjoyed sharing and making memories with "Frosty" for the past 24 years. She enjoyed bowling, clogging, going to the casino, farming, gardening, canning, raising cattle and chickens, and naming all of them. She also enjoyed driving in her Camaro with the top down and wind blowing thru her hair, but most of all she loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren, they were her pride and joy! She is preceded in death by her parents. Linda leaves many loving memories with her family, Floyd "Frosty" Frost, of the home; son, Rick Koeshall and wife Brenda; daughters, Leslie Ring and husband Tracy, and Lori Taylor and husband Brian; six grandchildren, Mandy Cooper and husband Pete, Kristian, Gretchen, Alex, Sara Beth, and Colby; two great-grandchildren, Brody and Doyle; brothers, Jim and Bob Messenger; sisters, Dott Hannaford, Ann Steele, and Helen Christiansen; many nieces and nephews as well as numerous other loving family members and a host of friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Linda 2:00 PM Saturday May 10, 2014 at Cornerstone Church, 501 South Main, Grove, OK. Immediately following the service, the family invites you to join them in the Fellowship Hall to continue honoring Linda in the sharing of memories and further fellowship.
